Green Oleo – renews commitment to ESG with scholarships and donations to child protection organisations

Green Oleo S.p.A, one of the main European producers of fine oleochemicals from renewable sources, on the occasion of the Company’s Christmas celebration, renews its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility with scholarships and donations to child protection organizations.

The company has decided to support two social initiatives: the ONLUS ‘Occhi Azzurri’ (Blue Eyes), dedicated to promoting the growth of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and the ABIO Association, committed to helping hospitalized children by providing them with a more comfortable and supportive environment during their stay in hospital.

On this occasion, the company also awarded scholarships to the children of its employees, supporting their academic growth. Particularly noteworthy is the initiative to offer special scholarships to the daughters of employees who choose STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses of study, supporting and promoting equality of opportunity in gender.
