The statutory auditing of accounts has been assigned to RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A., with registered office in Milan, Via Meravigli 7, until the Shareholder’ Meeting called to approve the Annual Budget of Green Oleo S.p.A. as at 31 December 2025.
